Nutrition sessions are 1:1 appointments to work on your personal health goals. We’ll work together at your own pace and in the style that suits you best. 

Nutrition Initial Consult

Initial Consultation – $160

This is the first step in working together. The Initial Consultation includes two sessions. 

Session 1: Intake 

We’ll review your full health history, understand your personal health goals, nutrition concerns, your lifestyle + food preferences, schedule and all of the information needed to create a customized nutrition plan of action for you.

Session 2: Plan Delivery - 15min virtual appt

We’ll review the plan together, helping you with ways to implement the plan in a way that suits you best, as well as answering any questions you may have. The plan will include:

  • Best foods to include in your diet, Foods/ingredients to avoid, supplements, 2 week customized meal plan, custom grocery lists, lifestyle recommendations,

Nutrition Follow Up

Follow Up Appointment – $90

These sessions provide continued support and are recommended every 4-6 weeks. Used for progress reports, nutrition plan updates, grocery shopping assistance, help in the kitchen etc…

Follow Up sessions include:

Review of what’s working & recommendations for what needs to be adjusted, updated 1wk meal plan

Email support between follow ups is available for quick questions for up to 4 weeks 

Meal Plans

All meal plans are customized and are a great option to help you prep healthy meals based on your personal health needs. Meal plans can also serve as inspiration, motivation or as a general meal guide. The plan will include recipes customized to the condition you are dealing with (ex. endometriosis, chronic pain, ibs etc.), it will be created based on your health needs and any allergies/food restrictions you may have.

Please check with your insurance company to see if your plan extends coverage to nutrition counseling services. They will need my qualification (Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner) and registration number. They might also need to know that this is through the International Organization of Nutritional Consultants.

Here are a few organizations that have been known to cover ROHP services:

  • Co-operators Insurance, Large Group Policies, RWAM Insurance Administrators Inc., SunLife, Extended Benefits Policy, TD Canada – Flex Benefits,Great West Life – depending on the individual plan many “Flex Plans” or “Health Spending Accounts” allow members to allocate their health insurance funds towards complimentary health services.
